Let's Keep Moving Forward.
BACKGROUND
I have lived in south Waller County all of my life and am a proud product of the Royal schools. After graduation, I enlisted in the Marines and later served in the Texas Army National Guard. I am also a graduate of the FBI National Police Academy, have a Master Peace Officer Certification and a have certification as a Senior Professional in Human Recourses (SPHR). Additionally, I have a degree in business administration. While Chief of Police of the city of Brookshire, I managed a public office. This experience provided me with a working knowledge of all aspects of criminal and juvenile law, hands on knowledge of personnel issues and practical knowledge of how to establish and work within a budget. I have a history of strong leadership and dedicated service. I have over 35 years of law enforcement experience and currently volunteer as a reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Waller County Sheriff's Office. In addition to keeping the community safe, I have served as an Alderman on the Pattison City Council and as trustee on the Royal Independent School Board. Since 2003, I have been a board member of the Gulf Coat Workforce Board. I am also a member of the Sealy Advisory Committee and a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I have set my standards very high and will continue to work hard for the citizens of Pattison. Let's Keep Moving Forward!
